Overcharged for doing the timing by about $2500! This place is absolute joke! We agreed on it taking 6 hours and they charged me for 25!! You people are a joke at best!!!
*I have gotten several oil changes and tire rotations and stopped going after they accidentally over filled my engine and had to wait another half hour after they told me my car was ready. *The checklist of inspection points they give with each service is not accurite. I recieved results that said my car had at least 75% left on all 4 brake pad sets. A week later I had to replace both rear brake pads and a rotor because my pad had worn down to metal and grooved the rotor. * it should also be noted that I had a tire rotation ... read more
I had a wonderful experience at Seacoast Mazda. I showed up looking for a car listed online. It was no longer on the lot due to a great catch from their technicians. Ryan brought out another car that was 2 years newer and had WAY LESS miles. He honored the price of the one listed saying he was sorry it was still listed. No apology needed!!! I love my car. I loved the service. Thank you Ryan and everyone at Seacoaat Mazda!!!!
I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received at Seacoast Mazda. They were friendly, helpful, and honest. They listened patiently to everything I said I was looking for in a vehicle and went above and beyond in helping me choose exactly what I was looking for. Ryan McGuire was absolutely fantastic. He even brought out crayons and toys for my kids while I was signing paperwork. If you're shopping for a new vehicle, this is the place to do it.
Just purchased a 2013 Mazda CX-9 from Rob Hering and I couldn't be more pleased! The car is in mint condition and the price was more than right.
