I'm really happy with my experience purchasing a 2019 Mazda3 from Seacoast. Facebook doesn't let you rate places anymore, but I'd give these nice folks 5 stars easily. I connected first with the internet sales manager Tom through my employer's car buying program, and he was very understanding of my mostly ridiculous demands. Always efficient, honest, fair, and pleasant!
I had a great experience there, no pressure even though I knew that I would be buying and knew exactly which car, a red 2020 CX5 touring, I wanted. They even do a great follow up. One glitch, I received two keys to my car, one was not the right key. Luckily I noticed it and was able to get it replaced the next day.
This is the fourth Mazda we’ve purchased and it doesn’t disappoint. Mike Martin is a fantastic salesperson and really knows his product. He’s very personable, not pushy, and can answer any question you have. Ask for Mike! The Service department is easy to deal with as well- they accommodated us with a last minute appointment for a recall, oil change, and tire rotation and had it done when promised.
They may be a very small place but they are very friendly. They kept their distance like I asked because I don’t like pushy salesman. And they were not like that when I was ready to ask a question they stepped forward and answered all of my questions. I had such a good experience that I came back and bought a car from them.
