I had to take my Scion tC to a Mazda dealer to get the kind of service I wanted. Shame on you Toyota. Great service, great employees and great work. My car is back the way it should be.
Yes men? Yes we can get you into a car.. Bam! Done .. 5 weeks later turns out they were full of shit! Ted fucked up paperwork to the bank, who apparently could see through the dealerships lies, denies a loan. The owner Tim is not only unprofessional but unethical.. What kind of dealership sells you a car, unsells you the car and keeps everything you put down to but the car. Calling all Liars thieves and assholes.. If your looking to buy are car.. That's what the yes men are about.
Went there for a simple oil change,inspection and detail... 5 hours later went to pick up... Detail wasn't done... They forgot... Wasted my whole day... Said they would have it done by end of night... Never got a call... Next morning they called to say it was done, but it wasn't a good day for me to pick up due to errands...
