Just moved in. I love my townhouse and all of the amenities.
The office lied to me before I left saying I could vacate with 45 days notice instead of the 60 listed on the contract. Now after moving out I am being told I need to pay $1,800 for violating terms of the contract. Day to day living was fine, although at the being of my lease apartment has zero internet connection for 1 month, due to lack of ports.
Great leasing staff! Always friendly and the events they do are very creative!
Love living here at Seabourn! Staff is friendly, helpful, and amazing. Grounds Are kept immaculate and beautiful. Perfect location and our townhouse is roomy enough for our new family ☺️. Maintenance team rocks too! Rarely have any requests, but the few things we've needed (light bulb changed etc) it's always taken care of within a day.
A lovely place to live. The team in the front office are world class professionals. amenities, convenience to the Ave cant be beat.
