The community is beautiful, very well maintained, and it’s a great location. There is any amenity you could possibly want on the property and just a short bike ride to the beach.

How about no first, last and small security? how about the best landscaping in the area? how about the fastest response from the maintenance company, how about the fantastic amenities? What about the meticulously maintained property or amazing pools, gyms, BB courts and sauna? How about the upbeat and professional staff and a fair rent for the area. This is the best overall rental you will find, period! I love it here!
I been here since September 2018, any problems Jamie of maintenance staff is right there to take care of it.
I loved living here. Moved from New York and loved my 3 bedroom townhome. People are friendly and pool is like a resort. Met some great friends ! Never had any issues and townhomes are very spacious.
Absolutely in love with this place! Beautiful grounds, modern apartments and top notch amenities. Close to the intracoastal, beach and Atlantic Avenue. Also dog friendly 👍🏻
I love living here. Our 2 story town home is perfect. The Amenities and lush landscaping makes you feel like you are on vacation. The pool is amazing and the residents are chill and friendly. This is the place to be if you are looking for a peaceful home environment.
I´d leave zero stars If I could. These people just don´t care. Beware and read the fine print on your lease agreement. I had to break my lease and paid around $4k to do so. After a month I received an additional $1,3k bill for the remainder of my last month. When I broke my lease they let me do it without advising me a full additional month would be charged regardless of the day I left. Since I left in the first week of the month I had to pay for almost a full month, in addition to the $4k penalties, not even living there. B... read more
