I’ve literally been to this dealership 3 times to try and get out of my lease and they’ve basically refused to work any numbers for me on anything. My boyfriends family has bought 9 cars from this dealership and I’m shocked. Meanwhile, i went straight to Freehold jeep right after and they were more than willing to work something out. They’re really not interested in making new customers that’s for sure! Really disappointed.
Great experience! My son’s salesman was Keith. He was very patient, as was the financial department, at going through the process of purchasing my son’s first vehicle, a Ram truck. Highly recommend!!
Horrible people , all a bunch of liars ..... let me go home with Jeep and signed contract only to have to bring the car back because they were scamming us into more money down and higher payments ... total scammers avoid if you can!

This is my second Jeep, thanks to Ty. He’s the best!! Me being my indecisive self, going back and forth from the compass to the wrangler. He worked numbers for both, took me to test drive both several times. Even stood outside in the freezing cold as I looked back and forth at the cars trying to make a decision. Ty is NOT one of those pushy salesmen he wants all his customers to be happy with their new car! Always dreamed of having a wrangler and now I have one! Avoid this place like the plague. The finance department clown / manager, Kevin Miller lied to our face and when told he was being recorded, got violent and started screaming at the top of his lungs in total anger. Cops were called to address Kevin's tirade. He needs anger management and should be fired immediately. Unprofessional clowns. Incompetent Sevice Techs........cannot fix my car that I just purchased. Keep telling me it's repaired and pushing it out the door. Systems not operational are adaptive cruise control and front collision warning/active braking system.
