So we have a family member that was due a refund from an overpayment since January. Nothing but deceit and lies. Left messages with no return call. Please do not use this company at either the Midlothian Virgina location or the Norfolk Virginia location. Will contact the Better Business Bureau to make them aware of this company.
Had problems with my windows at first-a really terrible install job. A crew came out today & fixed everything to my satisfaction. Heather in the office was most helpful & very courteous in helping get this work done. Thank you, Heather.
I signed my contract on December 22,2015. Sells guy was great (go figure) then they send a guy that smells like he has smoked a pack of cigarettes in his car closed up on the way to my house. I call several times not keeping track of calls before thought they were good company - was told I was told they shut down two weeks in December (which I was not told) but could never get a date for install.
