At this point, I would never do business or recommend this business to anyone! My grandparents paid half of the quoted price for their window installment on 12 May 2016 and have yet to have this service done! Two appointments have been made and both cancelled! One without notice! They feel like they are being taken advantage of because they are elderly. Absolutely AWEFUL!!!!! We waited 7 months from the time we ordered windows to the time of install. February order to install date in August. I will never use them again! Awful customer service, We constantly would attempt to call and check on our windows which was such a headache. Never use again! Nor will I recommend.

Terrible they did my windows took away the space for my blinds not once were we told that the space for my blinds would be reduce to less than an inch recently had a window broken it's been since July 11th and to date nothing you call over n over again same story it's been ordered original install had an issue with a window n it took months to get it right no rebates nothing don't know how there are still on business

Open letter to Mr. Jeff Pesich, Owner Sea-Thru Windows In January of 2016, I was screening companies to contract purchase of replacement windows. During this process, I selected your company due to; references, positive customer service and affordability. On February 3rd, I ordered and put down a 50% deposit ($2,062.00 via check) on the purchase, as requested. That check was cashed on that day and was taken out of my bank account 2 days later. We ordered windows from them in March 2016. We had to pay half up front and they cashed our check in 3 days. We signed a contract that said our windows would be installed in 8 to 10 weeks and that hasn't happened. Here we are on week 15 and still no windows! Have left a couple messages and gotten no call back. Needless to say we won't be recommending them anymore!
