This realty company cancelled my reservation after booking claiming they wanted to charge an additional $3,500 more than the previous pre-paid and booked price in Surfside. I would highly recommend using other realty company as this company can cancel your booking at any time or try and change your previously booked price at any time. Very disappointed in their customer service experience and would warn others to not book with Sea Star Realty.
STAY AWAY!!! The views were great, but management is horrible. The condition of the unit was in terrible condition. Railings leading to beach are rotted away. Steps leading to beach were so rotted that there was real concern that you would fall thru anytime. The interior patio door could not be opened unless you had super strength so you ended up leaving it ajar. Makes for nice Climate control. Seas Star Realty did absolutely nothing to help out.
