Horrible customer service Specially when you call them they will just hang up without even helping. It is frustrating to keep on calling and suddenly will hang up the call
Absolutely dangerous and unprofessional care. I came here with an acute, severe calf injury and inability to bear weight. The doctor suspected a life-threatening blood clot (DVT) and sent me to the hospital for an urgent ultrasound. First, they sent me to the wrong location and second, the staff entered the wrong medical codes on the paperwork, sending me on a literal wild goose chase around the hospital on a severely injured leg. When I had an injury and tried to make an appointment to see ANY provider, I was told that the next available appointment for me was in August, 3 months out. Thanks for the lousy care.
