My appointment was at 11:00 AM, but I arrived at 11:02 AM. I was shocked when they said I was late and that my spot had been given to someone on the waiting list. They require patients to arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, but they also send emails asking you to complete check-in online beforehand. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with SeaMar. Patients are kept waiting for a long time without any clear reason. Even when an appointment is scheduled, we end up waiting far past the set time. The only explanation given is that doctors are busy with other patients, which shows a lack of proper scheduling and respect for patients’ time. Horrible system
i don’t understand why it takes so long to make an appointment with these people but it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of them let alone get a call back or appointment. it’s been atleast 5 months i’ve been trying to get a simple referral from them but i get nothing. they need better staff or front desk people.
