Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with SeaMar. Patients are kept waiting for a long time without any clear reason. Even when an appointment is scheduled, we end up waiting far past the set time. The only explanation given is that doctors are busy with other patients, which shows a lack of proper scheduling and respect for patients’ time. Horrible system
i don’t understand why it takes so long to make an appointment with these people but it’s nearly impossible to get a hold of them let alone get a call back or appointment. it’s been atleast 5 months i’ve been trying to get a simple referral from them but i get nothing. they need better staff or front desk people.
HORRIBLE, unorganized, and rude. I called to make a first time appointment and they said they’d call me back. I never got a call back so I called again and they said I can only get an appointment by calling Mondays at 9am. I call Monday at 9am and they tell me I have to come in person to fill out paperwork. I come in person and they tell me the only way to get an appointment is by calling Monday at 9am. I called again and they had me leave my number and said they would call me back.
