I understand now the poor ratings on this I walked in and I just want to do a tooth extraction. They said oh you can’t do that. You have to set up an appointment. I said OK I have the x-rays. Was late by 5 minutes and was told I wasn't allowed to be taken into my appointment, when I was on time we had to wait for over 3 hours for the doctor. Why is it that they are allowed to be late for an appointment but I am not?
Bad
My mom has hypertension and diabetes. Her blood pressure will go up to 180s if she doesn't take her blood pressure medicine. Doctor refused to refill her medication because my mom doesn't want to go to her 3-month check up! There's no way to ask for an urgent refill, neither! Their call back time is 24-48 hrs. I'm so disappointed in their care! Seriously, What can do more harm to my mom?? Not going to her appointment or not taking her medication?? This is the first time she missed her appointment in years! Dispite what other comments say, I've actually had a great time getting things scheduled in a timely manner that isn't super far out compared to other places. The therapists and psychologist are awesome people. Haven't had any sort of issue, and really feel like this is a highly underrated place.
