Incredible to see the Sea Lions in their natural habitat! The views from the top of the cave are spectacular. Worth the $14, I would go anytime if closer! Cute gift shop with the best caramel sea salt fudge! Only thing is the parking is across the street. I wish they could create a walkway for pedestrians.
The history alone, is worth the visit. The world's largest cavern and set against the beautiful Oregon Coast, who could ask for more? Well they had over 100 sea lions resting on the coast line also.
Fun place to visit for the whole family. Incredible views and a rare opportunity to view sea lions in their natural habitat.
Pros: Beautiful view of the ocean,clean bathroom,well maintained grounds,friendly staff,cute gift shop,smooth elevator Cons: I felt it was pricey but I understand that maintence of the facility is expensive. TIP: bring binoculars
We love visiting this place. It is very educational, and it's great to see animal habitats being protected. The sea lions are smelly, but adorable.
