Yikes!!!! Try to park on side of sea lion caves ..lil scary crossing highway 101! We had a blast! Fun people worked there and super good exercise! Loved how cool it was. No sea lions in cave but they were hanging out on rocks by the ocean that was fun to watch. Highly recommend this!

The price of admission was well worth it when you take into account the maintenance required to keep the elevator running the lights on and the place clean. The same lines were so far down you could only see them with the binoculars. In the summer they are not in the cave. Still the magnificent views are well worth the effort.
Wonderful place! I mostly liked that it's not a zoo and the animals are free to come and go, so sometimes you see them where you expect them to be, sometimes you don't! I think that's priceless! Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the caves (with or without the sea lions in) have a great deal of educational information. Great experience!
