Office has very bad customer satisfaction. Had multiple issues needed to be resolved and they took every concern very lightly. Only way they resolved each issue was sorry.

Good Morning I would like to know 3 things. 1. What is the value of this month, that I will have to pay the rent. Because today 01, until now nothing of the new payment portal is working correctly. 2. Before you speak any abrobrinha informing that the portal is working, I sent you an email last Monday, with the error screen so far no answer on the subject. 3. Don’t pay with the APP... $40 service charges will be applied twice to the rent!!! Great place other than that
I have lived at Sea Isle for many years and would recommend to anyone. In light of some of the reviews regarding the amenities closing due to the Coronavirus, I believe it is the right choice for the safety of all the residents. Keeping the amenities open is just another way to encourage people to congregate. Yes, it is no fun, but shows that Sea Isle cares about the residents. They always close the amenities during a hurricane for safety, this time it just happens to be because of a worldwide virus pandemic.
So we are all out of jobs, out of things to do, and now you shut down all of our amenities. There was only 7 people at the pool and we were all separated obeying social distancing. Closing the amenities is too much. Pools are one of the safest things for Coranavirus, read all the articles that state how chlorine in pools kills the virus. You can close everything , but leave the pool open. And post something about limits, and have us practice social distancing. This is overboard. We need this for our mental health.
