I was looking for a last minute Christmas gift for my mother in law, an anklet, and she was able to have it ready within 24 hours and was so nice and easy to work with/order from. I even went to the wrong address and she was so sweet even though I felt like an idiot. I have ordered 6 pieces from here over the years and the customer service, shipping and quality has always been above and beyond! I recently spoke with the owner to make some adjustments to a few pieces that I had purchased years earlier. At no time did I feel like I was putting her out to do this and she went out of her way to fix my item and mail it back to me! For anyone looking to shop local, Sea Glass Design has the best quality pieces (in my mind) in Nova Scotia and the best customer service!
