Sea Country was recommended to me by a friend and they were great at my first visit...x-rays, check up, deep cleaning, set up oral surgeon visit, everything well explained and not too "painful". Very happy with my new dentist (Dr Murray and staff)...
having been refused the standard $5 cleaning paid for by my insurance of a prior visit, i was due to meet Dr. Murray for him to evaluate my condition and suggest a plan. After waiting over 45 minutes, i was finally seated and approached by a 'dental assistant' who asked what she could do for me. i told her the above, and she then said she had to take xrays, or the dr. would not see me, despite having xrays taken just 2 weeks prior. Outstanding Customer Service!
I want to make sure that the lady who took care of me yesterday get the recognition she deserves. I believe her name is Mary Jo I'm sure you can verify with your records. The way she did the cleaning mafe me feel that it was 100 % complete, I mean there was not one speck left to remove. I apologies if I didn't get her name right.
I was very pleased with the staff and facilities.
