The staff is always pleasant and my hygienist, Jessica, is very friendly and efficient.
Jessica is always a pleasure, very efficeint and takes the time to explain everything. Love Dr. Murray....been a patient for too long to say!!!!
If you're looking for a dentist, see Dr. Hugh Murray in Laguna Niguel. He and his staff are great!!! They are highly professional, extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and have integrity of the highest standards. I had been to many dentists over the years, trying to find a replacement for another great dentist I had who retired many years ago. They were all lacking in so many ways. So, I am very happy and grateful that I have found Dr. Murray.
IT smelled like a barnyard in the office. I mentioned it to the person at the desk and she said some other people asked about the smell but she did not know what it was. Sorry. Everything else was great.

I was extremely impressed on how the doctor and staff handled a not so good situation. My daughter was in to get a filling. Not numbing was required however she had some sensitivity. She was difficult to work with and cried a lot. The doctor gave her some options and was very loving with her. We left and scheduled an appointment to come back and try it again. She truly took her time and made my daughter feel ok about everything while I was very frustrated! Good Job!!! Janet and Isabel
