Very disappointing was recommended to call Sea Breeze from other very helpful boat shops in Yeppoon as the were a Mercury dealer. Didn’t want to help at all
Wouldn’t go back, tried supporting local by buying some bits and Peices for my mercury outboard through seabreeze instead of online or out of town and was met by a very angry and rude owner who couldn’t help at all, when seeing if he had parts in stock or if they could order some in the team were just rude and not helpful at all.Safe to say I took my business elsewhere and will not return.
Fantastic service. Can't thank you enough. I had a steering issue and was stuck at North Keppel Island. They dropped steering fluid to the marina for me at no charge and even threw in some old service parts they had. Could have easily taken advantage but they went over the top to help.
Phil and the team at Seabreeze are fantastic. Can’t recommend highly enough. No messing around, honest and reliable and excellently priced.
