Excellent friendly service. I had a Hydraulic Steering issue that was resolved quickly, and at a more than reasonable price.
Have never written a bad review in my life but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I booked a boat pre purchase inspection. After the boat had been taken in I had to call them multiple times to get a response and the results from them even after paying. They where hesitant to provide any details and when they did he did not do the full inspection that I had paid for no engine ecu read out or cylinder pressure test. Very disappointing was recommended to call Sea Breeze from other very helpful boat shops in Yeppoon as the were a Mercury dealer. Didn’t want to help at all
Wouldn’t go back, tried supporting local by buying some bits and Peices for my mercury outboard through seabreeze instead of online or out of town and was met by a very angry and rude owner who couldn’t help at all, when seeing if he had parts in stock or if they could order some in the team were just rude and not helpful at all.Safe to say I took my business elsewhere and will not return.
