The Office is Closed with no info about inPerson Customer Service Office.
Hours on the phone for several days. Disconnected in the middle of a conversation. Put on hold for over 30 minutes. Phone to representative starts ringing, then after 15-20 rings it turns into a busy signal. If l could give a worse review l would. I feel that customer service is beyond awful. This is one of the reasons that monopolies are, and should not be exclusive.
It's awesome customer service I don't want them to close permanently lots of seniors and people with disabilities need this location to pay bill hugs 🤗 love
