I want to give a huge Thank you to Damian! I had a flat tire due to a rock slide on the Ortega Highway! I am 57 years old and female, I couldn't break the lug nuts to change my tire. Damian stopped behind me and not only broke the lug nuts but changed my tire for me! He was amazing and helped me so I wouldn't be stranded in an area with no phone service.Thank you so much Damian for being a great person!
Rude and demeaning Customer Service Rep.
Organized robbery they are by far the worst gas, electricity and water company I have used. Left for 1 month on a trip, unplugged everything and game back to a $100 bill. Most of the fee was them "delivering" the electricity. Terrible company that takes advantage.
