BLUF: Solid Value The location is in a “developing” part of town but 3 minutes drive to all that Southside has to offer. My unit was large for the price point and the granite counter tops and wood pattern vinyl floors lent it a luxury feel. I believe all units have windows on at least two sides so the natural lighting is excellent. Lived here for two years - I was the first tenant in one of the two buildings. Only moving bc my new job is taking me out of state. Second Story has done an amazing job and the apartments are the best in town!
Nothing special..cheap construction, but lovely tenants.
