Yesterday I went to the scrub a dub in Warwick for a wash in my (literally) brand new car. To say I was dissatisfied with the wash would be an understatement, but when I called & spoke with the manager brandon he did his job so well. Had me come back in today to make the situation right and he definitely did. He defused the situation and absolutely had the customer leave happy! Brandon is great at his job and I hope as a company you recognize that! Thanks again brandon!
