My pup had an 11:00 am appointment this morning. I called to check her in at 10:58 am. No one came and got my pup for about 20+ mins, i was told her appointment would be quick. They take her in, the doctor calls me at 11:41 to go over the exam with me, places me on hold which I stayed on hold for more than 5 mins. We recommend Dr. Karen and her staff very highly. We wouldn’t take our girls anywhere else and they love to there.
Where to begin...? Dr. K has treated my total of 3 dogs, including the delicate passing of one (she extended his life by 5 years). From allergies to the afterlife, Dr. K has been a trustworthy, honest, dedicated doctor to my beloved dogs.
From the administrative staff and techs to the DVM herself, this place is top notch. We called on a whim(Yelp search) and got a walk in appointment for a low cost rabies shot. The staff has been both helpful and professional and we will definitely be back for routine exams and immunizations for our dog Clifford. We absolutely love the entire staff at this office. They are so helpful and caring. We have been seeing Dr. Kurowski for three years now. When we started using their office we were living in Scripps Ranch. We now live in Temecula but still bring our pets to her office if we ever need anything.
Doctor Karen and all the staff are wonderful! Clean, very pleasant office and easy parking. Before or after your vet visit, you can eat at 4 different restaurants in the little shopping center that have outside tables with your pet beside you. ��
