Recently moved from Puerto Rico to San Diego and finding a dentist office for my family was a priority. After reading their feedback's and visiting their website I decide it to give it a try...results are hard to beat. Excellent service, fun and warming facilities, a courteous staff that guides you through the process and make sure all concerns are cleared. Dr. Hatch takes time to explain his findings and elaborate a treatment plan that fits your needs. A+++++
Everyone there has always been very welcoming and so friendly. They answer all my questions and make me feel at home. My son feels very comfortable there.
I was so bless when Dr. Lin referred me to Dr. Hatch. When I make an appointment, one of his staff answered me in a polite manners and right away on the same day I was seen by Dr. Hatch. I like all his staff very helpfull and they comfort you when you're scared. Most of all I'm happy and satisfied for the excellent service. Now I moved by whole family to Scripp Rock De?tal. One visit for a crown. A new permanent crown. Amazing. Watched a movie during the procedure using blue tooth headphones. Amazing. Exactly two hours, not a minute more than I was told to expect. AMAZING! Dr Hatch is both a great dentist and a professional businessman that understands true customer service for working professionals like myself.
