I've have tried a few dental offices in San Diego. This one is by far the best. Fantastic customer service. I feel like part of the family. Highly recommended!!
I loved Rebecca and had not seen her before! She was very good at educating me, while still be upbeat, fun, and lively! She gave me the best teeth cleaning that I feel I have had in a long time. She was thorough and took her time to do a good job.
Everyone is so kind and very amicable. They all use excellent customer service by making sure you are comfortable the entire time. They spoke to me the entire time and really started forming a relationship with me, which is nice. Dr. Russell is very professional, warm, and sweet. You can tell she knows what she is doing and she is trying to do the best she can. She also has great bedside, or should I say chair-side manner. I had a good visit. Scripps Rock Dental has provided good dental care and I feel well looked after. My teeth feel clean and refreshed.
All I can say is WOW.... they found a cavity my other dentist has missed during many past visits. They have all the best equipment and they love what they do... I'm impressed!
