Diana is an incredibly thorough hygienist. I love having her work on my teeth. Her cleanings can be compared to having your teeth detailed like a car getting detailed. She has steady hands and a determination to get her tools on, around, and between every tooth. Plus she is very pleasant. I've already requested her for my next appointment in six months. Two thumbs up plus a great, big sparkling smile!
As always, we received great care for our regular teeth cleanings. So great to have such pleasant, professional care. We know we're in good hands!
I have known Dr. Hatch for years now and he has done several crowns and other work for me. They have always fit perfectly and have never had to go back for even a minor adjustment. I would recommend Dr. Hatch and his professional staff to anyone who wants quality dental work.
My son broke his front tooth at the pool on Sunday, I called Scripps Rock Dental and left a message stating I needed to get in ASAP. They returned the call on Monday, 8am sharp! They said I could get my son in that morning. They took him at 8:30am, took an X-ray, and Dr. Russel fixed his tooth by 10am. Great office, great service, great staff! Followed-up with an email for instructions on caring for the tooth in the next few days/week. Love this office!
Even though I go through anxiety every time I think of going to the dentist. Dr. Hatch always makes my visit a calm experience. I had my teeth cleaned today and the tech was very professional. I would and have recommended this dentist to anyone.
For the first time in 7 years, I was able to tolerate a cleaning without nitrice oxide. They put a numbing gel on my gums and were VERY gentle. Success! The dentist was lovely, and I was impressed with the technology of the scans. My only complaint was that I spent 30 minutes filling out online paperwork before I came, but it was somehow "lost" or didn't go through so I had to fill it out all over again. The staff was great and I will definitely go back.
I had a crown come loose after working hours, and called it in with a clear outline of my next day's schedule. I got a call back early the next morning, with an appointment that I could make and still be on time for my other appointments. I am very thankful to be fit in! The tooth was sensitive, so I had to be numbed. I hate needles, but in reality, the worst of it was the initial step of numbing the jaw with a swab. The shot itself was done with skill, and was painless despite my own tension.
Everyone I met at the office really liked what they were doing. I love the enthusiasm. Very up to date office and equipment. I understood what they were telling me (it was in laymen terms but very thorough). I am pleased and will be returning. I have found my new Dentist.
