Dr Hatch was quick efficient and professional in the dental procedures. He was always willing to explain things in words I could understand if i was confused. He is also a very nice guy on a personal level. I do not really enjoy going to the dentist but my experiance with Dr. Hatch has been far superior to all other dentists i have visited.
Once again,... great experience. I'm learning to not be uncomfortable prior to and during my appt. The results are fantastic!
Dr. spent a lot of time explaining and showing me pictures of my teeth so I could understand the work I need to have done. He went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable in spite of my anxiety and I really enjoyed the decor and the music playing during my cleaning. Thanks so much!
Dr. Hatch is terrific and the staff are great - friendly, professional. Office is beautiful with state of the art equipment. Very relaxing environment.
Great experience: a new crown in under two hours, sensitive teeth returned to normal, painless experience, all that nervous pre-appt tension for nothing,.... I feel like I discovered a goldmine!!
I am not extremely fond of dentists, however, I found this visit to be far less traumatic than I had anticipated - in fact, it was not unpleasant - not something I want to do often but not that bad.
