Let's just say I'm no spring chicken - so I've seen alot of dentists over the years. Dr Hatch did an amazing job on a replacement crown and filling. I really like the onsite crown production so there is not a need for a temp crown and a followup visit to get the new crown. It's all done in one visit. Definitely state of the art!!!
Besides being very knowledgeable, the entire staff is warm, friendly, courteous and respectful. I have never visited a dental office with a nicer staff, nor have I ever been better taken care of at any dental practice.
Always professional, caring, kind experience
Nervous and probably the thing I put off doing more than anything else. The staff was sensitive to my feelings and took very good care of me.
It was a pleasent experience.
LOVE that when we had a dental concern, we were offered an appt within a hour (although we didn't accept an appt until the next day). The office staff was familiar with the history, had electronic charts easily available, knew what we came in for, made my 14 year old feel calm and made me very thankful that we've found such a great dental team to care for our family!
Everyone at Hatch is very friendly and professional. Casey was AMAZING yesterday explaining many things to me and keeping me very comfortable throughout the entire time in the chair. Kay was very helpful in explaining what insurance will pay and with scheduling future appointments. Natalie has the best smile and is a wonderful presence in the office. Dr. Hatch is hands down the very best dentist I have ever had and I know that I am in very capable hands with him. Kudos to the entire staff!!
