We have been going to Dr. Hatch for several years. He and his staff are always so friendly and they explain everything before doing any Hygiene Cleaning or Dental Work. My teeth always feel clean and look great after my cleaning appointments. My filling and crown work is the best. They do follow-up calls to see if everything is alright. I have never felt the injections (very important-I am nervous about shots in my mouth). Customer Service is fantastic. This dentist office goes above and beyond on everything. The office is very well decorated with coffee and water available when you walk in. From the front desk staff to the dentist, everyone is making sure you are comfortable and happy the whole time. Your dentist appointment is as pleasant as going to the dentist can be.

Very good service overall. But why do they always find something wrong with my teeth requiring expensive treatment every time I come? Is it to pay for that expensive office???

WOW!!! I have had wonderful dentists in the past, but I never left a visit to the office with the urge to say "I just had a great dental exam." Something about the sterile environment they typically adhere to-- the warm and inviting colors of the office matches the warm and friendly staff. And anytime a practice affords patients the ability to fill out all necessary paperwork online prior to walking in they get BONUS STARS!!

One of the best things about Hatch Dental is how organized and on top of things everything is when I visit as a patient. Kudos to Natalie and Kate for being helpful, organized, swift, and above all very courteous in all they do. Natalie is so patient in explaining insurance options and treatment plans. Kate keeps everything flowing and supports all scheduling and questions people have when they come in as new patients. I wanted to give a shout out to these 2 great staff members!
