You would like to go where Everybody knows your name. Professionalism is their best quality. They are also big on friendlies and kindness. Place is equipped with the highest and best quality state of art equipments. If you are not satisfy with work.... they will fix it till you are happy.
Brooke was my hygienist and she was awesome.. I visited for the first time and they were great about explaining everything before they did it. The tools and equipment are state of the art and they have a TV on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix - they even give you noise cancelling earphones. Dr. Gupta, who conducted by exam was clear, thorough and not pushy. I definitely would go back.
I have been going to Dr. Hatch for years and think that he has an awesome office and staff. During this pandemic they have been very careful and I appreciate their approach towards keeping everyone safe. Kudos to Diane for being a great dental hygienist too!
Every one is professional and very careful under the current conditions. They take your temperature and ask you to use sanitizer. Thank you!
I had my 6 month cleaning (been here for 2yrs...I think). I can't say enough great things about this dental office. All staff are very courteous, professional, always have a nice tone of their voice. As you walk in the door, you are greeted by your NAME (so they look whose coming in for their appointment for that hour/day already). I am so grateful to Dr. Gupta and the staff of Scripps Rock Dental. I suffered my whole life with ugly, damaged teeth as the results of a childhood car accident. Many dentists tried different techniques to improve my smile and failed. With great confidence and kindness Dr. Gupta's treatment created natural looking teeth that I am not embarrassed to show. As a 70 year old former “dentistphobe”, Dr. Hatch and his super staff have solved several dental issues for me, from major to minor. No discomfort, and the background music and overhead videos make every procedure or checkup anxiety or pain free. Wish Scripts Rock existed when I was a kid, when the music was on the Top 40!
The office staff is thorough and so very friendly. When you walk in barely past the front door, the front desk are saying hello to you by first name. Every doctor is so very real, kind and knowledgeable. It really feels great being there knowing that it is a well oiled machine. Emily, is an amazing hygienist who does a very detailed cleaning and cares about my life the ins and outs. Most amazing office ever..
As always, my visit to Scripps Rock Dental was a wonderful experience. I never have concerns about the service I receive as my visits are always pleasant & comfortable with very professional care.
