I keep calling the infusion center for a very important treatment and can't get a hold of anyone. I can tell my voicemails and calls are getting ignored. Patients already suffer enough and shouldn't have to hunt medical staff down just to get help. It jist causes so much unecessary stress! Will this facility ever get it together?!?

I came to this hospital because I was struggling with addiction and was desperate for help. It had been recommended to me as a place where I could receive detox services and support. Instead, I left feeling more hopeless than when I arrived. From the beginning, I tried to be polite and respectful to the staff.
