Got my mammogram yesterday and Carleigh was so far the most gentle and kind technician I have ever had, mammograms are extremely uncomfortable to me and she was a 10! Give that girl a raise!
This is without a doubt THE ONLY hospital in San Diego! Their staff are compassionate, non judgemental and treat patients with respect regardless of color, creed or faith. I work with seniors and have experienced Sharp Memorial, UCSD (multiple locations), and the VA in La Jolla and my choice is SCRIPPS MERCY.... Their food quality is also exceptional both in the cafeteria and for in patient room service.

I am very disappointed with the care we received at Scripps Mercy Hospital ER. I brought my brother to the emergency room, and we waited for a very long time without anyone checking on us. The nurses did not seem concerned, and no one gave us clear updates about what was happening. It felt like we were completely ignored. I understand that emergency rooms can be busy, but basic communication and compassion are very important. Even a simple update or quick check-in would have made a big difference.
