Betsy or whatever her name is at the front desk will lie just to avoid apologizing and owning up to her own mistake. Came in on Saturday to do labs, got told lab was closed and to come in m-f from 7:30-1:30. Came in today around 12 and now got told by her that the person who does labs is on lunch and proceeded to tell me she was the one here Saturday and that I never came in. Updated to 3 stars: return visit was great the following day. Lab is fast, people are friendly and followed up on my review to see how they can improve. The issue is on the higher up Scripps phone line system. The "phone operators" are giving inaccurate lab hours. I'm not sure how anyone is supposed to figure out the lab hours of operation, but calling the phone number on this business did not work for me. Liberty station will be my go to for lab work. Went in due to suspected sinus infection. No wait and staff extremely professional. Very clean and bright facility.
This review is specifically for Express/Urgent Care services. If you can go anywhere, bypass this place completely and go to Sharp Urgent Care in Banker’s Hill (Fir St) You will avoid: hours long wait times, unprofessional/impolite front desk, limited practice providers (NP vs MD), limited treatment options (IV therapy, no lab, xray services, etc), incorrect billing.
