Updated to 3 stars: return visit was great the following day. Lab is fast, people are friendly and followed up on my review to see how they can improve. The issue is on the higher up Scripps phone line system. The "phone operators" are giving inaccurate lab hours. I'm not sure how anyone is supposed to figure out the lab hours of operation, but calling the phone number on this business did not work for me. Liberty station will be my go to for lab work. Went in due to suspected sinus infection. No wait and staff extremely professional. Very clean and bright facility.
This review is specifically for Express/Urgent Care services. If you can go anywhere, bypass this place completely and go to Sharp Urgent Care in Banker’s Hill (Fir St) You will avoid: hours long wait times, unprofessional/impolite front desk, limited practice providers (NP vs MD), limited treatment options (IV therapy, no lab, xray services, etc), incorrect billing.
Book an appointment or you’ll be waiting over two hours to be seen by a doctor for their “health express.“ You’ll still probably wait around 45 minutes if you book an appointment meanwhile they will take back certain people that “have appointments” even though they also came up to the front desk as walk ins. No courtesy and the front desk staff is extremely rude if you ask any questions. Disturbed by the people who choose to work in the healthcare field with no compassion. The doctor was informative.
