As a patient at Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo (Carmel Mtn. Ranch), I love the doctors, the Urgent Care, the Scripps Portal, and Scripps Green Hospital. I find their care to be great, their technology top-of-the-line, and their people extremely helpful. I have had nothing but positive experiences and highly recommend Scripps Clinic.
absolutely horrible, whoever the operator was on the phone today it was a lady kept interrupting me every single two seconds and i was hoping to be a new patient at this hospital! after that forget it! i hung up and will no longer be trying to contact you guys again!
FRAUDULENT BILLING PRACTICES. I was billed $450 for a conversation with the doctor that lasted less than 20 minutes. When I disputed with the billing office, they admitted that they bill even for non-face-to-face time with the doctor, which is illegal and in violation of CPT billing guidelines.
I have always had an awesome experience with Scripps Clinic. Whether it was urgent care or walk in clinic, the care was spontaneous and to the mark. Highly recommend.
Absolutely incompetent. If there's a way for them to screw up, they will find it.
