I was booted as a patient after 37 years. Political reasons and I threatened a lawsuit against the ER.
Went to MRI on Saturday August 2, 2025 at 1pm. I was on time and escorted to the MRI by a bubbly female tech We chatted and joked on the way down, but also I explained in detail that I was very susceptible to vertigo which would induce severe nausea and possible vomiting. I explained that I could not lie completely prone that my head had to be propped up a bit. She seemed skeptical for some reason but offered to comply with a pillow. I’m in urgent care and I must say this is 5 star for customer service. From the front desk to the nurse and the Doctor who is very thorough. I feel that they care. Everyone has been Polite and respectful and professional. Thank you to all the people who have helped me today!
