Absolutely horrible. These people could care less about determining what is wrong with a patient. They just want to put a bandage on, prescribe pain meds, or tell you to see a specialist who told you to go to urgent care in the first place. Dr Shapiro is verbally abusive. He does not listen. He won’t answer questions. He doesn’t even bother with a physical exam to determine the location of the pain. Three minutes after a 4 hour wait is all I had.
