I was hesitant to write a review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. As a physician consultant, I can easily distinguish between a well-run practice and a poor one. After multiple visits, I consistently experienced wait times exceeding 40 minutes, followed by extremely rushed appointments. The provider was not personable and maintained a cold demeanor. We’ve been going to Dr. Saekow for years! My mother went to him when she was alive, as well as my husband and myself! He is an excellent doctor! Dr. Saekow and his entire staff are so kind and thoughtful! He has done miracles with helping my husband with extreme eczema! That has now subsided thanks to him! You couldn’t find a better dermatologist! He is an expert in his field and always on time! Nancy and Ray
EXTREMELY rude, unpleasant scheduling staff.
I will list the facts in order of the visit procedure: 1, Waiting time more than 35 minutes after appointment time. 2, Doctor spent less than 5 min. for discussing the concerns. 3, The most unprofessional action was that he performed the biopsy without clean my skin. He took a white material, cotton or alcohol pad, but moved away prior it touching my skin.
