I'm a senior who had been living with double vision for almost ten years. I had been to many eye doctors over that time and was told nothing could be done except prism eye glasses. When I met Srianna (orthoptist for Dr Ostrow) she determined that prism glasses would never work for me. But she explained that strabismus (eye muscles) surgery could work for me. Dr Ostrow and Srianna were both kind, listened to my concerns and communicated well. I had strabismus surgery about 3 weeks ago and results are nothing short of amazing!... read more
won't listen if you have any concerns. not tolerate any question except following what he said. say something in rude manner even to kids, without patience. Not recommended.
Dr Ostrow took wonderful care of my daughter. After she was born, her eyes drifted apart. He recommended watchful waiting instead of surgery and he was right. Five years later, her eyes are straight and her vision is excellent. Very thorough and caring.
