Rented a house to us in a high crime area. Didn’t disclose we’d have to deal with the constant threat of crime. Tonight there was an active shooter with an AR pistol. A few weeks ago a kid got ran over walking to school. Constant break ins and shootings, helicopters flying over. We are certain the homeowner was aware. How could they not be. Chase, you own a home in a high crime area. Maybe don’t try to rent it to make money off the backs of frightened family’s.
