Moved into a 2018 home in east Austin last month. Three days after, several things were broken. Doorbell doesn't work, alarm system sensor kept going off, mildew in the air filters which obviously haven't been changed in years, no lights in fridge and freezer, lightbulbs broken. Scribe asked for several emails and photos before sending people out.
We are tenants and have been trying to get the pool key as well as the fence fixed since April 24th of this year. It’s now July 4th and they cannot seem to 1. Reply or 2. Resolve the issue.
This company is the worst. Tristian actually hung up on me mid conversation. I requested to deal with someone other than them and they hung up. We haven’t resided at the property for 6 months but since we were locked in a lease we maintained the bills and yard. We also left a bed and a some other personal property on site. On the last day of possession we attempted to enter the property but the deadbolts were locked and the garage door would not open so we were unable to enter the property to retrieve our things.
