Great experience! She was very patient with me while I deliberated. The shop is cozy and cute. German and French products.

This is such a unique place. There's a diverse selection including some of my favorites (Rifle Paper Co, Bernard Maisner, etc), and impressive custom services. Owner is sweet, very knowledgeable, and obviously loves the paper biz. Recommended.

I have never in my life been treated so poorly by an owner/employee of a stationary store. I would have been happy to give Scribe my business for wedding invitations, but due to this woman's horrendously rude attitude, I will never be coming back.

The customer service in this store is shockingly poor, I'm surprised people gave such good reviews. When I dropped in the store to try to get a quote about wedding invitations the woman was incredibly rude and insisted we would need an hour long appointment or else she couldn't be bothered to give any information. She actually scoffed when I mentioned that I had been casually looking on Etsy. Don't bother dropping in, definitely not worth the attitude.
