Rude Customer Service – Very hard to reach via phone (vmail was full when I called). When I did finally get a visit scheduled, the service person who came to our house for the quote was extremely rude. I advise to look elsewhere for screen door work!
We LOVE ScreenMobile! – We just bought our house in April and it had a screened-in porch that we liked a lot. However, the screens on the lower sections and also on the door were really saggy. We have five cats who we do not allow outdoors so they are always hanging out on the screened-in porch where they are safe, but they can watch the birds, etc. One of the cats thought it was great fun to scratch at the baggy screen and make holes - pretty soon the saggy, baggy screens were not safe anymore.
