Thank you Ralph of 'Screen Products' at Kapolei who gave us 5 STAR SERVICE!!! Within 6 hours our irregular sized cracked sliding glass was replaced with a glass that had proper safety ratings without charging an arm and a leg! Kudos to your staff! God is Great!!! We are Grateful customers!
Just got off the phone with these guys. Got the referral to the company through my housing association. As I'm on the phone asking for a quote, the guy straight up tells me "hey I got customers here, let me call you back." What kind of customer service is this? Must be the island mentality. Low income, uneducated people trying to do business. This would never work in NJ, New York or anywhere on the Mainland. If you're a local, then maybe this place will work for you. If not, stay away from this place.
