I am a 100% pleased and satisfied customer! Mason came out to repair one panel of screening on my screened porch, but when he got here we discovered 4 more panels that needed to be replaced. He did them all in this one visit--no need to reschedule even though this took longer than the original scheduled appointment. He was engaging, friendly, hard-working, and did a great job. Also the people I spoke to in the office (Karen & Kayla) were very pleasant and efficient. Great company and service!
Screen Medic was awesome. They gave me an estimate, came out to the house, took the patio screen and window screens off, replaced the screens in the driveway, then put them back on. Doesn't get any easier than that and the price was very, very reasonable. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
