We have a patio sliding screen door plus a "doggie" door. The screen was damaged as well as the pet door & we couldn't get the door off to make repairs. We contacted Screen Medic for a quote. After back & forth emails, they walked us through needed materials & the ordering process. Time lines were met. Came to our home to make repairs. Very professional. They stand behind their products. We are very pleased as is our pet.
Just had Zach, Taylor & Andrew replace screens in our screen porch. Screen Medic was very easy to work with and the guys did a great job!! Highly recommend them!!
Service was excellent! They fit me into the schedule early, were able to replace my screen without my being there, and invoiced me electronically. I would definitely use them again.
While I caught them at a busy time and had to wait for my appointment, I am pleased with the results. The crew showed up on time, offered options and finished my screen in under an hour. Yes I could have removed it myself and gone out for replacement, this was much easier and fit my busy schedule. I recommend them without hesitation!

Jason did s fabulous job! We have a Pella sliding door system but Pella would not repair the sliding screen. They gave us two vendors to call. The first one told us how difficult it was to service Pella doors and that we would have to wait three months to get on their lust. So we called Screen Medic and they were out within three work days. Chad had absolutely no problem servicing the door. Thank you Screen Medic!!
Super service. Affordable and convenient. Easy to schedule and the tech was helpful and quick. This is a great idea! No more hauling screens to the hardware store. Highly recommend Screen Medic.
