When they called to schedule, they gave me a 1 hour window for the tech to come, first thing in the morning. Matt showed up at 7:15 am and was done with a sliding screen door and 2 windows before 8:00 so I didn't have to be late for work. I worked with Ann to setup and schedule the appt. She was very nice and very helpful. The tech, Matt, was a great guy. He lubricated and adjusted the sliding screen door and it works better than it has in years. I have other screens to be replaced and I will be using Screen Medic.

I had screen medic out to fix a patio door screen approx 10 years ago after my dog put a hole in the original one. That pet screen they installed is still going strong 10 years later! Kids pushing on it, dogs scratching at it and trying to open the door, it has stood up to everything! Except a small hole made by a screwdriver 2 years ago, my own fault. Great communication before and during the appt. to repair very large porch screens. They were careful not to damage the rope lighting near the screens. Showed me the finished work to confirm I was pleased. Polite crew that removed their shoes before walking on my carpet. They were even nice to my annoying cat that wanted to help them.

We have pet screens on a screened in porch at our home. The screens are almost 2 years old and still look brand new. Somehow, a small hole developed. I contacted them and within a couple of days we had a reasonable solution and that panel was rescreened. They are so professional and reasonable. They really stand by their product and their work, both of which are amazing. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with screening.

These guys are amazing. They came out to our house to fix a few screens from the hail damage and then helped fix several other screens that had tears and holes in them, including our patio door. One of the guys went up into our attic with me and helped me find the homes for several orphaned screens we had laying around and fixed the pins in ones that didn't need screens replaced. Highly recommend! Great service!
