Our tankless water heater went out a few days before Christmas. Our out-of-town families were to start arriving on 12/22/24. I called Scramlin, spoke to Kathy, and she sent out Neil who arrived on Thursday, 12/19. Neil was great! He diagnosed the problem, and said that it would be doubtful that they could fix it before Monday due to needing parts.
