Love my pest control lady. Kim did a great job on the ants inside my home. I have had trouble with them ongoing for sometime now and never could get rid of them. She came out and now the ants are gone. I finally after all this time am able to cook in my kitchen without fighting ants. She was very cautious around my pets and children and told me what she was doing before she did it. Whenever we have had a bug or pest issue due to weather, usually rain, and the bugs crawl inside, or if the kids leave out sweets, and the ants crawl inside, Scram Pest Control doesn't hesitate to answer the call. Ms. Kim is very professional and prompt when returning our phone calls and she knows her business very well. I believe she has over 12 years of experience and she has not failed my family once. Kim provides the best pest control service we have known and we have been a homeowner with many companies for 40+ years. She always comes when she says( day & time). She is easy to contact when there is a problem (ants) and advises how to handle to resolve the problem long term rather than just a quick fix. She is friendly and checks back after service to see if all is OK. We love the service she provides.. Her rates are reasonable and I would recommend her services to anyone. Bottom line we don't have bugs now.

I have used Scram Pest Control for several years now. Let me just say how much I love the service. I got to choose whether the service is every 2 or 3 months. I live on a lake with many MANY bugs! So of course I opted for the every 2 month option. Anytime I have had ants come in, Kim has gotten rid of them as well as treated the outside to help prevent them in the future. We've been using this company since august 2009 and have never had better protection. When we started, we had a true infestation of mice and water bugs! Ugh! After one visit of setting out traps and bait, we've not seen another mouse since then and the bugs are gone! Truly excellent customer service and really worked hard to meet every need that we had and over exceeded our expectations!

When we contacted scram there wasn't any of that well we need to come and give an estimate. I like that. I know what was needed. Scram is very reliable, calls before coming. let you know what she is using and how much. Scram comes when we are not home. I trust her to do what to do. Would not have any one else in my home. Oh we like the little surprises she leaves us at times. If there is something she sees to cause a problem there is a note left.She is very conscientious.

Local company, easy to contact, always responds -- even outside the regularly scheduled visits as bug problems arise. Absolutely trustworthy, knowledgeable, timely, cost-conscious, always pleasant and courteous. We've been doing business with this company for years . . . highly recommend their services.
