They sold me a defective lid to a 100lb shock bucket. My entire storage room smells like chlorine, i can’t even go in there without my head hurting. I called & employee refused to exchange or change the lid because it’s been exactly 5 days! I asked for a managers name or provide a phone number I can send this picture too & he refused to even help. Hoping this picture gets to the right person and they can get me new lid!

Don’t bother going there bad customer service and liars too!!! The big bald guy in the front is a big liar!!!! We had previously gone to see tiles and my husband asked him to see the cool deck sample colors too and today I went by myself to see their cool deck samples and the dude literally told me they don’t have any I’m like yes you do we saw them here and I even had a picture and he still denied it.
