I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share our recent experience at SCP Distributors due to the disappointing level of customer service we received. My husband and I arrived and waited patiently in line, prepared to spend over $1,000 on products. We observed the employee treating the customer ahead of us with politeness and professionalism. Don’t bother going there bad customer service and liars too!!! The big bald guy in the front is a big liar!!!! We had previously gone to see tiles and my husband asked him to see the cool deck sample colors too and today I went by myself to see their cool deck samples and the dude literally told me they don’t have any I’m like yes you do we saw them here and I even had a picture and he still denied it.
