I left a bad review for the Katy location. Only seems fair to leave a good review for the best scp location. This location has the best customer service at the counter and outside. I drive out of my way just to come here.

I went to pick up an order for my boss and they did not put all of the items he had purchased on the rack. So when I went back the second time to get the forgotten products I was pretty much ignored by the woman inside. I understand being busy but I don't see any reason being blatantly ignored by one of this business's employees is appropriate. Especially considering where I'm employed at does business with SCP multiple times a week.
