They want $480 to replace my hot water heater. I bought the original one from them in 2015. It is still under warranty... But they want $480. I kept track of the time, they were here one hour and 8 minutes. I called Tom as soon as they left to ask him to reduce the bill but he won't return my call. I have always recomended this company and am active on several Torrington/Winsted/Harwinton pages. If you can't even be bothered to work with me, or call me back? Then I will let that be known and will steer people away.
