Scout was very helpful throughout the whole process of selling our house; even assisting with a maintenance issue while we were out of town. He is very knowledgeable about the local market - giving us suggestions about pricing, staging, and updates to the house to get it sold. Scout is incredible to work with, you can tell he is extremely knowledgeable when you work with him, and took time to explain any questions or concerns we didn’t understand. He made our home-buying experience, which wasn’t particularly pleasant, as stress-free as possible by continually helping us with what needed to be done. You can have faith that he will give you good advice and help you get the best deal. We will definitely work with him again if the opportunity ever arises and can’t give enough praise to him!
