UPDATE EDIT: They’ve heard my prayers and have brought food back to Scout! I have updated my ratings accordingly. The menu is great and service from the bartenders is always outstanding! Good job, management. The bartenders are excellent. Whoever makes business decisions here should probably change. Extremely disappointed with our recent experience at The Statler. My wife accidentally left her purse at the bar this past weekend. We realized it quickly and went back to retrieve it, only to find that $200 in cash had been stolen out of it. The purse was supposedly only handled by bar staff, the front desk, and security during the time it was 'safeguarded.' Top visit! Had a good evening, thanks to the team!
Fun atmosphere with bowling, pool tables and a full bar. Concept is great, however service is sub par. Considering there is an automatic gratuity added, I feel customer service could definitely improve. One bartender/server managing the entire area on a weekend is not realistic. Customers were left waiting and frustrated, even the bartenders attitude reflected her frustration. Food and drinks are good but something definitely needs to improve, especially with automatic gratuity.
